In 2008, I embarked on a journey into window cleaning, balancing it with school and a full-time store manager role. Over the years, I managed various businesses, gaining rich experience in business management and customer service. However, my part-time window cleaning venture revealed gaps in the service industry: lack of integrity, commitment, and customer service. In 2018, after 15 years of customer service and business management, I launched California Window Pros. My mission was simple: to leverage my expertise to deliver exceptional service.
